Statement of Principles of Volunteers
The volunteers of the “Saetanar” Arakkha Public Benevolent Clinic are committed to promoting the health and well-being of the people in the Arakkha region. In carrying out humanitarian and public service activities, we uphold and adhere to the following principles:
(1) To ensure the long-term sustainability of the clinic and to provide effective healthcare services to the people in the Arakkha region through continuous effort and commitment.
(2) To faithfully serve the country and its people, carrying out responsibilities with sincerity, dedication, and a strong sense of duty for the public good.
(3) To serve all people without discrimination based on race or religion, and to work collaboratively with local communities and relevant organizations for the greater good within our capacity.
(4) To strive to reach remote and underserved areas where access to healthcare is limited, and to provide essential healthcare services to those in need.
(5) To strengthen the sustainability of the clinic by building connections with donors and international organizations, enabling continued healthcare support for local communities.

Donors to build a clinic
The Myoung Chaung Youths Charity Association donated 9.67 million kyats to open the “Saetanar” Arakkha Public Benevolent Clinic. The clinic was opened to provide health care to parents and children who have been displaced by the fighting in Arakkha.
For the clinic under construction in Kyaukphyu Township, the Arakkha Alin Charity Association, based in Malaysia and also active in Thailand, donated 25,000,000 kyats (250 lakhs) on September 16.
On July 25, 2025, the Saetanar “Saetanar” Arakkha Public Benevolent Clinic (2) was successfully opened.
Due to the relocation of the clinic, the Kularkkhita Charity Foundation based in Thailand further donated 4,560,000 kyats, and a temporary clinic was also established.
