In order to address the difficulties faced by the Saetana Arakan Public Welfare Clinic due to the insufficient availability of medicines for purchase and use, Ko Htay Win Khaing (Philanthropy), through Thailand, together with Union citizens, made the 8th collective donation on February 16, 2026, providing financial support of MMK 2,000,000 (20 lakhs).
