Subject:
On October 26, 2025, during an airstrike by the Military Council, a drone bomb dropped in Kuntaung Village, Ponna Kyun Township, Arakkha Region.
In that tragic incident, Maung Htay Aung Hein (or) Kolat, a 14-year-old member of the Phyu Sin Yin Khwin Foundation (Social Welfare Association), who was there to assist in an emergency patient evacuation, was killed when the bomb exploded nearby.
Although very young, he was filled with love and compassion for his people. Without regard for his own safety, without receiving any salary or reward, he volunteered his time, effort, and energy to serve others with genuine goodwill and selfless sacrifice.
The passing of this young humanitarian, Maung Htay Aung Hein (or) Kolat, is deeply mourned by his parents, relatives, all the people of Arakkha, and members of the Phyu Sin Yin Khwin Foundation.
Together with the Arakkha Public Benevolent Clinic (Saetanar), the Arakkha Public Benevolent Clinic Fundraising Association, and the Arakkha Public Welfare Association, we share in this profound sorrow.
In honor of his compassion, dedication, and sacrifice for the well-being of our people, we send this condolence letter to express our deepest respect and sympathy for Maung Htay Aung Hein (or) Kolat
Signed,
