IDP Relief Donation (153)
To support humanitarian assistance for flood-affected people across Arakan, the Center for Arakan Refugees Committee (Malaysia) donated MMK 5,000,000 (Five Million Kyats) through the Venerable Sayadaw of Asokarama Monastery, Malaysia on 12 July 2026.
The donation will help provide urgent humanitarian assistance to communities affected by the recent flooding in Arakan.

The ongoing floods have affected numerous townships and villages across Arakan, forcing thousands of people to flee their homes. Many families are facing urgent needs, including food, clean drinking water, medicines, and temporary shelter. According to humanitarian organizations, more than 40,000 people have been affected by the floods, while information regarding fatalities and missing persons is still under verification.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Center for Arakan Refugees Committee (Malaysia), the Venerable Sayadaw of Asokarama Monastery, and all committee members for their generosity, compassion, and steadfast support for the people of Arakan during this difficult time.
May the merits of this noble donation bless the Venerable Sayadaw and all donors with good health, long life, peace, happiness, and continued success in all their endeavors.
